This policy outlines the terms for returns and cancellations associated with Reporting Advisors, LLC and its subsidiaries including BOI Reporting Pros, LLC, which offers form filing services to the public. Refunds on Submitted Forms:

Due to the nature of form filing services, once a form has been submitted to the relevant government agency or authority, we are unable to offer refunds. This includes both successful and unsuccessful submissions.  This is because once submitted, the form is considered filed and cannot be retrieved.

Cancellations Before Submission:

A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received before the form processing has begun. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@BOIReportingPros.com.

Cancellations After Submission:

Although cancellations are not possible on submitted forms,, depending on the specific form and agency, you may be able to amend the information submitted by filing an amended form.

Errors and Incomplete Information:

We are not responsible for errors or incomplete information provided by a user. Please carefully review all information entered before submitting your form.

Technical Issues:

In the event of a technical issue preventing the submission of your form, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and re-submit your form at no additional cost.

Filing Guaranty:

This Guaranty ONLY applies to the Consultative BOIR Filing level of service provided by BOI Reporting Pros, LLC (“Company”). Company will reimburse up to $1,000 of eligible out-of-pocket fines or penalties imposed by FinCEN against a reporting entity that Company has been engaged and fully paid to facilitate the filing of its beneficial ownership information report (“BOIR”) if all of the following conditions have been met:

1. Client has fully paid Company the currently listed price for its Consultative BOIR Filing service ($499).
2. Client has engaged Company and provided all required information, documents and approvals in a timely manner not less than 14-days prior to their filing deadline.
3. The penalty or fine is the result of Company’s error or omission based on the information provided by Client.
4. Client has paid the fine or penalty in full and provides proof of payment.
5. Client has notified Company within 10-days of paying any FinCEN BOI related penalty or fine associated with a reporting entity handled by the Company.
